Peace Corps positions increasing

Peace Corps is increasing the number of volunteer positions, and we have more opportunities than ever for college graduates to apply right now and into the summer and fall. Peace Corps is gearing up for significant volunteer growth, with a goal of 10,000 Peace Corps Volunteers serving around the globe during Peace Corps' 50th Anniversary year 2011.
Peace Corps Volunteers work in these broad areas: education and English/ESL teaching; agriculture, forestry and environment; public health and HIV/AIDS work; youth and community development; and business and IT. They look for applicants skilled in these fields or who are open to gaining more experience prior to departing for service. Interested candidates can go to www.peacecorps.gov/application to apply online and talk with a recruiter about Peace Corps assignments best matching their qualifications.
