The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting all training activities for Polaris manufacturing. This position requires the ability and desire to drive the attainment of established training objectives, implement program enhancements to achieve key metrics and deliver results. The person filling this role must have strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to be successful in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple projects. They must possess strong organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail and the ability to proactively manage multiple training events is a core responsibility. The successful candidate must be a strong go-getter who can execute a plan with very little supervision.
Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, education, or related area.
Solid knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectiveness.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Outstanding analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
3+ years experience in a training coordination capacity with a proven ability to manage successful learning programs.
Excellent project management skills are required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must; ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
