A Project Coordinator is needed for the Computer-Based Assessment System for Math (CBAS-Math): Kindergarten to Fifth Grade Assessment Project.
The position is 12 months (renewable) at 50 to 75% time (this is a professional position and not a graduate research assistantship)

The project coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations, work with and report to the Principal Investigator. The project coordinator will supervise project personnel, which will include one or more graduate students and data collectors. They will track progress, facilitate communication and ensure organization between U activities and field/school-based collections. This will include maintaining timelines, PI meeting minutes, tracking data collections, analysis, technical reports/manuals, journal submission and publications.
Brief Required Qualifications:
Master in Education, Psychology, Assessment or related field.
Brief Desired Qualifications:
Strong preference for a Ph.D. or PhD equivalent degree.
Preference for knowledge and background in math instruction and/or assessment.
Background in psychometrics, especially item response theory and computer adaptive testing.
Experience in data management and coordination/supervision.
Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as good organizational and interpersonal skills and have a strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
Reliability, organization, time management and the ability to communicate with graduate students and school personnel are critical qualities for this position.
