Effective Interviewing for Academia and Industry
Thursday, March 31, 4:00-6:00 p.m.
101 Walter Library
This workshop is for graduate students/postdocs who will be interviewing for faculty positions or in industry or private organizations. The presentation will cover pre-interview preparation, making a great first impression, effective responses to typical interview questions, questions to ask of the interviewer, and memorable closure. Career counselors and staff will be available for practice interviews.
