Full Time Data Collection Position
The Department of Epidemiology and Community Health is announcing a full time data collection position. This position begins January 3rd, 2012 and applications for this position are being accepted now.
The position is with NET-Works, an obesity prevention research study, and it is hiring a 75-100% Community Program Specialist / Data Collection Coordinator to serve on and supervise a data collection team to recruit and conduct measurements on 500 families of 2-4 year olds. This position requires flexible day and evening hours (some weekend days might be required). Data collection training including working with human subjects and HIPAA will be provided and is required.
Work Days
30-40 hours/week with some evenings or weekends
Timeline

Position requires prior experience working on a research study and the ability to work well with participants, as well as supervise other data collection staff. Bachelor's or equivalent required, M.P.H. or similar preferred. Spanish fluency would be ideal.

Administering survey
NDSR dietary recall
Accelerometry
Anthropometrics (height, weight, waist circumference and skinfold)
Data entry and cleaning
