ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Usher duties include but are not limited to: scanning tickets at gate entrances; elevator operator; assisting guests with disabilities to and from seats; assisting guests with way-finding information; checking tickets at stairwells leading to seating areas; answering questions regarding Target Field amenities, services, and policies & procedures; alerting team leaders to first-aid, housekeeping, or security incidents; acting as an ambassador for Twins baseball!

QUALIFICATIONS

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, well organized and detail oriented.

· Outgoing, creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about Twins baseball.

· Ability to work a minimum of 40 games during 2012 season, OR to work all weekday-afternoon games.
