Key Responsibilities
Tubman is seeking a full-time (32 hours) legal advocate to provide criminal and civil court advocacy services in Ramsey County.

Ensure that agency clients, including victims of domestic abuse, receive advocacy and support at civil and criminal court hearings. Contribute to legal services program outcomes and the mission of the agency

Minimum Qualifications
Two + years of direct services in programs related to domestic violence prevention/legal services. Undergraduate degree in related field. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in assisting victims of domestic violence navigate through the legal system.
- Experience in working with social and community services in a collaborative effort.
- Understanding of teamwork and the ability to apply teamwork within the agency.
- Experience in dealing with crisis situation and violent behaviors
