Professor Jürgen Konczak (kinesiology) has collaborated in writing a grant to promote foreign language education in Minnesota schools with the Twin Cities German Immersion School (TCGIS) becoming a model for other programs in the state. Jürgen has been notified by the Minnesota Department of Education that his grant will be funded for $100,000 until 2009. Congratulations to Professor Konczak and the school, College, and community!
