Facing the Cold

I always knew that moving up north to Minnesota meant being prepared for much colder weather, but the winter hasn't even been that cold.... until now. The other day walking to class was negative 11 degrees! I had to put on three layers of pants so my legs wouldn't freeze. It is not fun walking across campus when it is that cold outside. I need to buy a longer coat. Most other students already have longer coats and snow boots because they must be used to much colder winters from past years. All this cold weather is just makes me day dream of our upcoming spring break more and more. Fortunately spring break is only the second week of March. I can't wait to get to sunshine!
