University of Minnesota
Driven to Discover

Since I am graduating this spring of 2012, I thought that I should share with you the checklist that all graduating seniors have to go through.

Step 1: check your APAS report and speak to your adviser about other credits that you may need to complete in your degree

Step 2: check all graduation deadlines

Step 3: check for holds on your records and get them resolved if any

Step 4: pay off any remaining balances in your student account otherwise you won't get your diploma

Step 5: understand what applying for graduation means for your financial aid

Step 6: apply for graduation which is basically submitting your application for your degree online

Step 7: find out how to participate in commencement

Step 8: visit the bookstore for your graduation regalia

Step 9: attend GradFest and complete your loan exit counseling
