Chapman invited by National Academy of Sciences to review proposals for grant competion
David Chapman (Ph.D.), a professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD), has been invited by the National Academy of Sciences to review proposals for a new grant competition sponsored by the National Science Foundation and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The grant competition will award funds to international researchers who seek to extend U.S.-based research funded by the National Science Foundation to problems within their own countries.
