OLPD alum featured in Star Tribune article regarding his online performance management tool

J. Forrest is featured in the Star Tribune article "Aligning employees, company goals."

The founder of a Minneapolis consulting firm is targeting smaller companies with his new online performance management tool Alignamite.

Forrest received an M.Ed. in human resource development in 1998 from the Department of Work, Community, and Family Education which is now the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD).
