Ardichvili presents at 13th International Conference on HRD Research and Practice Across Europe

Alexandre ArdichviliAlexandre Ardichvili, professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD), presented a peer-reviewed paper "Sustainability or Limitless Expansion: A Paradigm Shift and Changes in HRD Academic Curricula" at the 13th International Conference on Human Resource Development Research and Practice Across Europe, held in Vila Nova de Famalicao, Portugal. The paper was recognized with a 3rd place award in the Alan Moon Memorial Prize competition, sponsored by the European Forum for HRD.
