WCFE alum named DEED commissioner

Katie Clark is named the new commissioner of Minnesota's Department of Employment and Economic Development. She received a B.S. in human resource development from the Department of Work, Community and Family Education (now the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development) in 2003.
