FSoS alumna Berge advises parents to watch what they say about children's weight

Jerica Berge, Ph.D., M.P.H., L.M.F.T.Department of Family Social Science alumna Jerica Berge, Ph.D., M.P.H., L.M.F.T., assistant professor of Family Medicine and Community Health recently spoke with media about a study where she found that children were more likely to develop eating disorders and bad diets if their parents focused on the children's weight or size.
