Your Task Group Chair, Keisha Varma, has provided the following readings for you. They are from Levin, 2009 and Kim, 2004.

Keisha would also like for you to read additional chapters (2, 3, and 8) in the Darling-Hammond and Bransford text, Preparing Teachers for a Changing World. Copies of the book will be available for you soon.

Finally, to facilitate further discussion, on June 15 and 16 please bring any course syllabi you have (or have attended) in which assessment was the topic or primary focus.
