Breakthrough Saint Paul

Breakthrough Saint Paul is looking for a diverse group of talented
undergraduate and high school students (juniors/seniors) to teach and lead
at an innovative academic summer program for high-potential, under-resourced
middle school students in Saint Paul. Breakthrough provides paid summer
internships, complete with training and classroom teaching experience.

Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship

Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarships for Study Abroad in 2011-12 Info Session:
Wednesday November 4, 3:35-4:30, Folwell Hall 108 Learn from Rotary
representatives about the world's largest privately funded scholarship
program for international education! Opportunities are offered for a year of
study abroad in nearly 100 host countries.
Rotary Ambassadorial Scholars receive a flat grant of $25,000 to support
their studies. May not be used for university-sponsored study abroad
programs. Language proficiency requirements apply to some destinations.
SOPHOMORES, JUNIORS, SENIORS, AND GRADUATES may apply. Must be a citizen of
a country with Rotary Clubs. Applicants should have strong academic records
and a commitment to service. Initial application is made through a Rotary

career counseling appointments on Tuesdays 2 pm- 4 pm and Wednesdays 9 am -
11 am for the rest of fall semester.

Walk-in appointments are 15 minute sessions on a first come-first serve
basis. If you would like to schedule an hour long session with a career

you.

'Team D'

*'Team D' Continues to Make Headlines. * Last year, 'Team Diarrhea', or Team
D - the Minnesota Department of Health's highly effective food-borne illness
investigation unit - discovered that jalapenos were the cause of a
nationwide outbreak of Salmonella Saintpaul.

This year, Team D was the first to identify Peanut Corporation of America as
the producer of salmonella-tainted peanut butter that recently sickened more
than 677 nationwide.

National Student Exchange is a network of nearly 200 U.S. and Canadian
colleges and universities. Students can go on exchange for a semester or a
year to schools all over the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin
Islands, and Canada!* NSE is AFFORDABLE!* Most students pay U of M tuition
while on exchange and most financial aid applies.

WITS Education is seeking to fill a position for fitness
educators/professionals to teach a Personal Trainer Certification class at
Minneapolis Community and Technical College on weekends/weeknights. This is
a great part time gig for those seeking extra money. . The pay is
$25.00-$35.00 an hour. Candidates MUST possess a Bachelors degree in the
Health and Fitness Sciences or hold a fitness certification for the past 3
years and have teaching experience.

ACET, Inc. is currently accepting applicants for an internship for winter or
spring of 2010. Our goals for creating this opportunity are to develop new
talents in the field of evaluation and to expand our network. This is a very
