Description
On Friday, January 8, 2010, CFANS OIT will begin the upgrade of Firefox to version 3.5.7 for CFANS computer systems.
Process
SCCM will be used to apply the Firefox update. The installation will occur in the background with no interruption to service.
Explanation
Updating Firefox will address a number of security vulnerabilities that are present in previous releases.
