  exactly, we are going to spend a good portion of our day at work, more than the time we will spend at home so your workplace might as well feel welcoming if not like home, and the people should feel feel like they are your friends since no one wants to feel like they are going to war every day....

  Unaware of the consequences, I walked headfirst into a toxic job several months ago. You're right, you can tell during the interview that the environment might not be one that you want to operate within. Its really hard to sit through an awful interview, with your gut screaming to leave immediately. I could tell from day one I wouldn't like the job I was applying for, and unfortunately, out of fear I accepted the position.   No way! That thing is perfect for your "brand", Lucy Michelle. I've got to wonder where that workshop that Cooper is toiling away in is located. Is it a Co-Op shop maybe? Pretty sweet regardless.
