  Thanks for your post. I really like the way you mentioned your own experiences too. I learned about lucid dreaming recently but thought it was too good to be true until I experienced it. try to spin around in circles next time. It will help prolong your dream but it might change the scenery. thanks again....

  I've woken up in a dream or become lucid during a dream and every time I tried to change something or do it my way to explore I always ended waking up all the way!...

  Lucid dreaming has always been very interesting to me also. The few times that i have been able to lucid dream were amazing. I look forward to reading more when I get to this chapter....

  I cant say that I cant find a good explanation for lucid dreaming, at least not on any biological or physiological level i am aware of, but the concept is very interesting and something worth looking into....
