At the beginning of Chapter 5. The book talked about sleep paralysis, which means that you're not able to move while you're sleeping, and while you're experiencing the sleep paralysis, you will be dealing the feeling of anxiety, some weird noises and also suffocation. Different cultures interpret the sleep paralysis in each different way. Some cultures believe that the ghost is upon the person, and other cultures believe that there is a witch sitting on the person's chest.
I've experienced sleep paralysis two time in my life, It was a horrible experience. I wanted to scream but I couldn't. And there was also some strange noises. Every time it happens, I just pray in my mind for it to go away. I also believe that the sleep paralysis has something to do with the spirits.
