Deadly Medicine: Creating the Master Race, Sponsored by Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies, US Holocaust Memorial Museum and Science Museum of Minnesota, St. Paul
Sneak Preview of the exhibit from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum about Nazi Germany's medical experiments. If you are not familiar with this issue, 50% of the medical doctors in Germany were members of NSDAP by 1943 and the Jewish and Gypsy questions were considered "public health" matters. In the United States, eugenics movements were also strong, especially in Minnesota.
This workshop is free of charge, open to the public, and includes transportation to the Science Museum and museum admission. CEU credit is available for teachers.
