Today, I worked on some data entry and calculations for the Infant Feeding Study. We found a much easier and efficient way to do our calculations with the use of Excel. I calculated the percent caloric intake for the Taste Perception task for each family that has come in for the 3-month visit so far. We have decided to stop recruiting since our deadline is approaching very quickly and we have not had much recent success with enrolling families. We are thus in somewhat of a transition stage between heavy recruiting and heavy data entry; it is interesting to be more exposed to other aspects of the study!
