Today, I entered data for a little while, but then had to set up and help conduct a 3-month visit for the Infant Feeding Study. I have to say running a session is my favorite part of the study. I am getting more comfortable with conducting parts of the session on my own, and working with families is something I really enjoy doing. Because I have not yet done many sessions, it will be interesting in the future to see how different moms react to the taste perception task and how the kids do in the delay of gratification part of the visit. The difficult part is always the debriefing of the moms after the taste perception task because I can never predict their reactions. All in all, though, today was a really interesting and fun four hours!
