Today I worked on calling for both the BMI study and hospital IPP. I wasn't able to schedule anyone for the BMI study and all of those calls went really smoothly. I haven't called for hospitals for about a month so my first call was a little awkward but I was able to leave a message which let me practice the script. I had a hard time getting the operators at the clinics to transfer me to the manager especially when I said I was an undergraduate at the U. I think next time I am going to try to just say that I am calling from the Carlson Child Development Lab so they will take it more seriously and be more polite. I wasn't able to speak with any of the managers directly but I left a handful of messages so they are able to get back to Josh if they are interested
