Today I watched the videos of a random sample of participants from the PDeF study. Rachel and I were double checking the EF scale form to make sure the answers were matched up to the original testing data. It was interesting to see how the kids acted differently if they were in the exemplar group and were pretending to be somebody else. I wonder if the costumes and pretend play really do help the child to perform better than they would if they did not have the costume on. We didn't run into any problems and it seemed that all the original data matched up while we were double checking. After we finished that I called for a little bit and tried to schedule one more three year old girl. One of the participants was dropped so we had to get one more. The parent was very cooperative and is coming in tomorrow!
