Yesterday I called 4-year-olds to recruit, but was only able to schedule one family. Many families seemed reluctant or busy because school is starting soon!
Today, I ran a Psych Distancing session with a 6-year-old girl. Her mom told me that she had gone to the U and was in the child psychology program, and seemed very excited to have her daughter participate. The whole session went very well, except that the participant was very chatty and kept using social referencing to see if she had gotten an answer correct, whether or not she should switch to the work task or ipad, etc. She didn't seem upset if I didn't respond though, so I just kept going through the tasks.
