Teen Shot on Metro Transit Bus
The Star Tribune reports that a 16-year-old boy from St. Paul was shot and killed on a Metro Transit bus in St. Paul Sunday. There was a dispute between people on the bus and the boy was shot in the chest. The authorities have yet to identify the victim.
The article reports that the suspect is identified as an African American male around 16 to 18 years old who was wearing a white tee shirt and dark, baggy pants.
The Pioneer Press reports the shooting happened when the bus was between Sibley Street and Fifth Street in St. Paul. It also reports that some passengers got off the bus and a man reached through the rear access door and fired his pistol.
