I came to the University of Minnesota for a variety of reasons. When I visited the campus during my senior year of high school I found the University's atmosphere vibrant and full of life. Every student I observed seemed to be smiling and enjoying themselves. Being accepted to Carlson, greatly influenced my decision to attend the University of Minnesota because of its prestige. Of the other schools I considered, Minnesota was my clear favorite. It offered a challenging curriculum, excellent resources, a pleasing esthetic, and endless opportunities.
