The Oldest Story in the World, a new performance based on the ancient Mesopotamian epic of Gilgamesh, will premiere at the Southern Theater with performances September 24 - October 3. Director is Assistant Professor Lisa Channer (Theatre Arts & Dance), with contributions from Assoc. Professor Eva von Dassow of Classic and Near Eastern Studies, student actors and faculty from the department of Theatre Arts and Dance, as well as a full compliment of professional designers and actors from Theatre Novi Most.
