The RIO is a one-time opportunity for voluntary retirement for eligible employees. RIO will provide 36 months of medical and dental subsidy following an employee's last day of employment. Informational sessions (http://www1.umn.edu/ohr/benefits/events/index.html) will be held weekly during the eligibility period. If you cannot attend one of the scheduled informational sessions, you can view a UMCONNECT presentation online.
