At
one of the summer CLA NOW meetings, the revised Equal Opportunity and
Affirmative Action website was presented. We quickly scanned the newer
information regarding sample language for job descriptions and interview
questions related to diversity. We talked briefly about the affirmative action
goals, but were not able to find the presentation by the EO/AA Director,
Kimberly Boyd. Below is the website link for all this information, and
the three instructional presentations are located at this site. Please
take some time to review this information and determine the things you, your
chair/director, and search committee members will need to know throughout the
