The Office of Student Finance is requesting that you NOT enter any scholarship batches using the Scholarship Automation Process after 1 pm December 21st - January 2nd, 2011. Financial aid processes will not be running during this period. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me at email@example.com.
You may resume entering scholarship batches on Monday, January 3rd. All spring scholarship batches must be entered by Thursday, January 6th to ensure that students' financial aid packages are complete and will be disbursed correctly when spring financial aid disbursement begins on January 10th. Batches entered late often result in cancellation of other financial aid, and have the potential to negatively affect students.
