As mentioned in the December CLA NOW meeting, the University
has partnered with an outside resource to provide us with a confidential
on-line exit survey. This is for anyone ending employment at the U,
including graduate student employees. Each unit will determine the best person
to provide the exiting employee with the template exit survey invitation. CLA
HR should be copied on those invitations so we can provide OHR with the count
of the number of invitations that went out. There has been a good response
to the invitations U-wide, and we hope that CLA participation will be
strong. Quarterly reports are provided to the college, and will be shared
as appropriate. The template is attached and will soon be on the CLA HR
