Over the next month, there will be updates made to the campus community and address section of HRMS. Along with these edits, central HRMS and Addressing and Mailing has created new "extended" campus mail codes. All offices will soon have specific extended mail codes eliminating the need for someone to manually edit the campus mail address for each employee. A complete list of extended mail codes will soon be available on the HRMS web site. All employees will have an updated campus mail address by the end of April.
