P/A non-renewal; templates available below and on CLA HR Intranet
CLA HR has updated the P/A nonrenewal letter to contain information about COBRA and being subject to the TRP through June 19, 2011. If you are considering a nonrenewal for a P/A staff member, please use the revised template letter included below and send the draft to your HR Consultant for review and consultation. Also, if there are P/A employees in your unit who are currently serving out their notices and will be ending at the end of this academic year or fiscal year, a confirming message template about the end date, the exit survey, and COBRA information is included below. The confirming end date message should be completed and provided to P/A employees who have already received their written notice of nonrenewal earlier in the year. Both revised templates can also be found on the CLA HR intranet. Please contact your HR consultant (Margaret 6-9352; Wendy 5-8484), if you have any questions.
