ImageNow, the University's comprehensive imaging and document management system, will be upgraded by central OIT to take advantage of new features and bug fixes. ImageNow will be unavailable from Thursday, July 21 through Sunday, July 24.
You may monitor updates during the upgrade through OIT's System Status page.
New Desktop Client
Desktop client users will need to use a new version of the client.
The new client will be deployed automatically to CLA users by CLA-OIT. You may or may not visibly see the ImageNow installer at work. Please do not click cancel or close any installer pop-up windows or the new client will not be installed properly.
Contact the CLA-OIT Service Desk at 4-help or firstname.lastname@example.org if you experience any issues with the upgraded client.
ImageNow users who use the web application (WebNow) will not need to take any action as a result of this upgrade.
