All University Scholarship Endowments (Participants) have been integrated into the STAR system. All U of M participants with "Quasi" appearing in the Fund Type/Chartfield1/Chartfield2 column require a Spending Plan.
A job aid on entering a spending plan into the Data Management System (DMS) can be found at http://www.finsys.umn.edu/treasury/dmsspendingplan.pdf.
