The College of Liberal Arts is hosting an hour-long forum on what to expect from the Enterprise System Upgrade Program (ESUP) next Wednesday, Dec. 19, from 3 to 4 p.m.in Fraser Hall Room 101. Program director Andy Hill will present a brief overview of ESUP and progress to date, then he and other key ESUP leaders will answer questions from CLA staff and faculty. This is the first college-focused forum about ESUP, and it is a great opportunity to get your questions answered early in the process.
ESUP is a multi-year effort to upgrade the University's HR, student and finance systems, to re-examine associated business processes, and to implement an enterprise portal and data management and reporting strategies. For most PeopleSoft users, these changes will not affect the way they do their daily work until 2014, however, there will be multiple opportunities to engage in the process and share input and feedback throughout the next two years.
Please forward this message to others in your units who may use these systems or who have an interest in the project.
