Plane Space opened on August 28, 2002 in an 1855 firehouse in Manhattan's
Greenwich Village. Founded by Bryson Brodie and Chad MacDermid, the gallery
mission has been to show the most engaging contemporary art being created
today. Designed by the New York-based firm Deborah Berke & Partners
Architects LLP,the 1,300 square foot ground floor gallery has housed 39
exhibitions to date.
