RHET 3266 Journal

This week as a group we discussed leadership traits, whether you are born with it or learned from experince. Additionally we spent most of our time working on the project. Planning and organizing the timeline along with assigning roles and duties. The most intense portion was setting a realistic timeline, where goals can be met before the deadline. Being that it's virtual and not FtF it took a little time to get each others feedback on assigning roles and feedback from members. We decided that it would be best to complete the project early that way if there are any conflicts with technology, formating, and layout it can all be addressed. We also decided that we will send each other emails updating on the processes along with progress and or difficulties that we are facing so everyone is updated.
