Alison - ESFJ
Nina - ESTJ

Here are the following questions for Week 13 Journal Blog:
Q1. How diverse or similar are the MBTI types of each member on your team?
A1: We mostly share E's, J's, and T's. Less are the I, 2 N's, F, and P.
How we saw what influences our MBTI types are influences such as: mood, reaction, or influences around your daily life.

Q2. Which of the function pairs have more representation on the team and which have less or none? How might this be impacting team processes?
A3: There are 2 NT, 2 ST, and 1 SF.
We are a bit different and we balance each other out some members agree that if we all were the same, we
would argue more with each other. We possiblly may have different ideas on just the bigger picture or the finer details.

Q3. Is anyone on the team the "odd man out?" How has the team handled this?
A3: No one is really the "odd man out" and we haven't really gotten into an argument yet. We haven't really had anyone on our team to be the "silent one" either. So we're pretty good to go.
