A teen disarmed a Chicago police officer Sunday and shot him with his own stun gun.
Dashawn James, 19, ran away from two Chicago cops Sunday when they checked to make sure he was acknowledging his curfew, Fox News reported.
When the officers caught up with him, he wrestled the stun gun out of one officer's hands and deployed the gun multiple times. The gun hit one of the officers in the arm and the other officer fell and fractured his knee cap.
The officer that injured his knee needed surgery, the Chicago Tribune reported.
James was arrested for aggravated battery to a police officer, resisting arrest and disarming a police officer. He is being held on $300,000 bail.
