Information on New Residence Hall "University Suites"

The Office of Residential Life would like to know if you are interested in moving to the NEW "University Suites" for Spring semester 2013? If you would like to reserve a suite in the new residence hall, please contact Jen Schoenecker by email (schoe315@umn.edu) as soon as possible, as suites are going FAST!

Tours of the new residence hall are scheduled for this week- Tuesday, November 27, Wednesday, November 28, and Thursday, November 29; at 4:00 PM and again at 5:00 PM, on each day.  Please meet in the Centennial Lobby for the tours.

The "University Suites" will be available for students prior to spring semester.  New "University Suites" residents will be invited back to campus early- Thursday, January 10 - Saturday, January 12, for no additional charge.  Halls open for all returning students on Sunday, January 13, and classes begin on Monday, January 14.

Also, we anticipate single rooms will be available in McCall and Skyberg Halls, as students choose to move into the new hall.  The fee for a single room is an additional $899 per semester surcharge.  We are now taking requests for single rooms at the Centennial front desk.  Please stop by to reserve your single room!

We are looking forward to providing additional options for our students and hope you have had an enjoyable fall semester here at UMC.
