As of June 28, 2012 all placement letters have been sent to new
students. Please check your email for information regarding your housing
placement and name(s) of your roommates.
Also, a reminder that the UMC residence halls open for new students on Friday, August 24 (and returning students on Sunday, August 26).

New Students Housing Placements
Residential Life will be sending out housing placement letters by the end of June. Please note these will be sent via email.
New Students Move In
Residential Life move in for new students
begins Friday, August 24th at 8am. Early check in begins Thursday,
August 23rd from 4pm-9pm, but you must register with the Office of
Residential Life to participate in early check in. All students will check
in at Centennial Hall for keys and room assignments. Please call the
office at (218) 281-8531 for more information.
Returning Students Move In
Residential Life move in for returning students begins Sunday, August 26th at noon. All students will check in at Centennial Hall for keys and room assignments.
Early Arrivals
Students who arrive prior to their designated date of arrival must register in advance. These students will be housed based on availability and will be charged a nightly fee.
Loft Kit Rentals
Residential
Life has a limited number of loft kits that are available on a first
come first served basis. If you are interested in renting a loft kit
please fill out the rental form and mail it to the Office of Residential Life at 2900 University Ave, Crookston, MN 56716.
Students still looking for housing
As
of May 1st, our residence halls are full for fall semester. However,
we anticipate that some cancellations will occur over the summer
months. If not, we will be housing students in a near-by hotel, the
America's Best Value Inn. Please contact our office for more information
at (218) 281-8531.
Move in for New Students is Friday, August 19th beginning at 8am. If an early check in on Thursday night from 4-9pm would be more convenient for our new students, please pre-register with Residential Life by calling 218-281-8531.
Move in for Returning Students is Sunday, August 21st at Noon. Returning students needing to arrive early, must pre-register by calling Residential Life at 218-281-8531. A $12/per night fee will be assessed to your student account for early arrivals.

July 1, 2011, was our housing deadline and our on campus housing and our off campus hotel site is full at this time. Please contact us at 218-281-8531 if you'd like to be on a wait list for the off campus hotel site. Thank you.
On Campus Housing for Fall 2011 is currently full. Students who are
registered for Fall 2011 and have not yet submitted their housing
contracts, must do this by July 1st in order to be considered for our
off campus housing alternative. Please contact the Admissions Office if
you require further information.
