I will be working at Arise Bookstore for the Women's Prison Book Project. My second time volunteering there was yesterday. It's a very small organization of women working to send reading material to women in prisons all over the country. My job consists of reading letters from the women in prison, finding what they have requested (usually not exactly what they want, but something similar because the selection is pretty small), and packing the books for shipping.
