All of them. I like the change in pace and presenters as well as the mix of group discussion, lecture, reading etc. I look forward to the play. What I need to help me learn better and apply the readings is more explanation. When we present about the various readings in class, it is such a rushed event and there is usually only time to scratch the surface. For me, a little more time per reading would be helpful. I found some application to my business and personal life of the concepts presented in our various readings in most of them. It was easier to draw relations when the text is more concrete. My struggle is to integrate all the little tidbits into my big picture learning. I am looking for the big frame work and then how all these readings and theories fit into it. Maybe there have been just too many and not enough time spent on discussion and relating it back to the leadership and change concept of the class. I am hoping that, once the class is done, and I have had a chance to digest it all it will make me more effective in my ability to lead as well as managing and promoting change.
