October 2009 Archives
It was a very slow night. Most of my questions pertained to where people could get copy cards.
Overall it was a really quiet night. I only had a few questions and they were just the normal questions I usually receive such as where can I check out a book or where is the restroom located. There were no real tough questions or problems that occured.
Today was a very tipical day. Lots of directional questions and printing questions. The only event of note was that a younge man came up to me and asked me to log him into a computer. I refused because I suspected, which the security gaurd confirmed, that he was not interested in doing research. After the refusal he left.
All Lead Workers:
Please read Matt's previous entry on September 24th about the patron talking to him and then asking for a courtesy card. If you should have this happen, please fill out an incident report. I know it may not seem like an "incident", but we want to document situations like this so that we can prevent regular disturbances for any desk students.
Thank you,
Jackie
Today was a very slow day. I checked out more books than usual, but other than that it was very normal.
Overall it was once again a quiet night at the basement exit. I am guessing it is because everyone is at home watching the Vikings beat the Packers! Anyways nothing real special to report as all the questions I received were very easy to answer.
