A busy, yet typical night at the library. I had a large number of directional questions ranging from where to get coffee to where to pick up Get-It requests. I helped a patron figure out how to do the microfilm canners and save onto a USB drive which took a while, but it was nice to get up and about. Also, I had a couple patrons have trouble with the Value Port: Either the cards wouldn't read unless you swiped them really fast, and sometimes after swiping, the system would exit out of the menu before the money could be put on the card forcing them to swipe it again.
Other than that, it was a good night down here in the basement.
