Monday Night

Monday night was pretty slow, except we have a rogue copy machine on our hands that's been giving patrons some trouble. Tonight the copy machine closest to the basement exit was making some really funny noises. Also, it took 10 copies worth of money off a patron's card and only printed 4 of them. There were several red lights blinking on the screen, but when I tried to clear up the paper misfeed it was indicating, it still didn't print the copies. There is also a blinking red light that says "Low toner, replace toner bottle" on both that machine and the machine next to it. So, I'm not sure what the ultimate cause of the printing issue was, but I ended up sending the patron up to Circ to have Robert help him with the circ courtesy card, since I didn't have one with enough money on it.
